Since December 2024, P@rt has worked on and designed a series of three children's storybooks, each focusing on the ways in which creative avenues have been used as a means of resistance, especially by minorities. The series consisted of the following titles:
Echoes of Jazz and Justice:
A young girl, Nina, who is deeply passionate about jazz and blues music, has a school project based on the history of her family. Through conversations with her mother, Nina learns that her own grandmother used to be an active jazz singer in New York in the 1950s, singing alongside Billie Holiday and Duke Ellington, and through her music, was a prominent figure in the Civil Rights Movement challenging social norms.
Stories as Witness:
Anya, a lover of literature, is asked to create a presentation on her favorite subject. She, of course, chooses literature and how it has historically served a mirror to society, capturing injustice, and often, offered an imaginative alternative. By highlighting the stories told by Ishmat Chugtai and Manto relating to the horrors of the partition, Anya better understands the struggles and events of her grandparents' time, both of whom were survivors of the partition.
Walls of Resistance:
A fourteen year old art student, Kabir, is a huge fan of the work of the street artist Banksy. Feeling inspired, he goes on a painting spree across the streets of his own city, Delhi, plastering graffiti on the walls while imitating Banksy's style. An old artist witnesses Kabir, and through the course of their conversation, Kabir gains insight into how Banksy's work is using art to rally against injustice, and to speak truth to power.
In July 2025, P@rt raised a total of INR 50,000 to help the PURE India Trust's ongoing interventions, as well as the procurement and distribution of art kits among students at the NGO.
Post the accruing of the funds via the Art for Change Fundraiser, P@rt purchased and distributed 97 total art-kits to the PURE India trust. These kits could be used by students at the premmises of the NGO. The kit contained all the basic materials that students could require to test their hand at painting, sketching, and drawing, such as watercolors, poster paints, pencils, paintbrushes, color pencils, palettes, easels, and cardstock.
In July 2025, the founder conducted a series of three in-person workshops at the PURE India Trust, guiding students through exercises and techniques related to visual art. Each session focused on a specific medium across painting and sketching.
